Vintage Roland GS-500 Synth Guitar
Really cool guitar. I just acquired it in trade, I do not know a ton about it.
The synth electronics were removed many years ago, apparently some time in the 1980s. A Mighty Mite Motherbucker triple coil has been installed in the neck position, and the bridge pickup is a Gibson mini humbucker.
The guitar plays and sounds great. The wiring has been customized with many tones available through the use of the various controls and switches.
The guitar is in nice cosmetic condition for the age. Check out the beautiful figured top!! No cracks or issues. The guitar weighs 11.5lbs.
The original hard case in included. Its a really nice case. All the latches and hinges work. The original keys are also included.
Overall a really cool vintage guitar!!
