This thing is in overall great condition. The binding flaking is VERY common and really the only thing to discuss. Gretsch also figured this out 30 years ago that you can stabilize it pretty easily. That’s been done to this one. Otherwise this looked basically excellent coming out the case. Super strong pickups frets and everything is clean is ready to go. The leather on the back is the best quality I've seen on one of these.
