About This Listing

1974 Fender Starcaster. Originally one of the oddballs of the Fender family, the Starcaster has gathered a cult following for its unique looks and tone. Semi-hollow offset body, bolt-on Maple neck, and "Wide-Range" humbucking pickups. This guitar is in excellent shape for its age with only minor finish wear on the body and it plays great with a pro refret and replaced nut; otherwise, it is in stock condition. The Wide Range humbuckers have a thick focused sound while keeping a fundamental Fender quality to the tone. This guitar is a blast and a cool alternative to the more common Fender instruments. Includes original hardshell case.
