Dive bombs and smooth vibrato come easy with the floating 2-point tremolo bridge, and those locking tuners and Graphtech nut mean you’ll stay in tune, even if you’re giving that whammy bar a workout.

But let’s talk about feel. It’s weighs in at a svelte 6lbs 9oz, making it feel great on a strap, and on the lap. The chunky neck, coupled with a wide nut width feels great in the palm, and makes chording easy. It promises sustain for days, and just oozes pure resonance. It’s topped off with a touch of the traditional - a flamed sunburst top that perfectly ties it all together.

This guitar is in great shape. There are a couple of small dings here and there, but nothing too serious. The worst one is on the back edge of the body near the bass side waist as shown in the photos. There is also a pea sized ding in the top, but it’s difficult to spot from more than a few feet away. It’s frets have been polished to a gleaming shine to provide a glassy playing experience. The electronics have been thoroughly cleaned for a crackle-free sound. The board is well conditioned, so it feels great to play on, and you won’t have any poking fret ends. Finally, it’s been setup with D’Addario 10’s set to play low and easy, just how it should be.
