1971 Fender Telecaster Bass Black Custom Color!

Here's a vintage 1968/71 Fender Telecaster Bass in factory custom color black. The bass appears to be totally original except for one pot. The body and all components date to early 1971, while the neck dates to late 1968. Maple Cap neck. We would normally say these two were paired together at a later date but the neck matches with the body perfectly including the black finish flakes in the neck pocket that match. We believe that since Tele Basses weren't the most popular, they could have had a neck lying around and they used that up when this order came in. Hard to say 100%, but it does appear original. Either way, it's an older/more desirable neck on a 1971 Tele bass for no extra money. Comes with the original hardshell case as shown.
