2019 Masaki Sakurai PC Paris Competition Short Scale 630mm

Sakurai PC Paris Competition 630

Offered for sale is a Paris Competition model from the Masaki Sakurai. This one is notable in that it carries a rarer 630mm scale. Perhaps they also reserved an exquisite set of Madagascar rosewood to use for this special shorter scale guitar, it is striking. The year also is a very recent 2019. A standard feature for this model but worth noting, are the Gotoh Premium tuners with mother of pearl buttons.

The guitar is in excellent condition, and so is the setup. The string height is just above 3mm to just below 3mm from bass to treble. The neck is also quite straight, minimal relief. I have often found that Sakurai guitars maintain a taut G string feel even with nylon (vs carbon), and this one is no exception even with the shorter string scale.
