Up for grabs is a used (a little less than light average wear) Boss CL-50 Compressor Limiter (Half Rack size). Comes with the original Boss AC Adaptor (in light use condition) & printout copy of the Owner's Manual. From December 2000.
Please refer to the Owner's Manual (which is provided included - also see link below) to see what the controls do and to see what the jacks are for -- how to use the unit , etc.
NO box / NO original paperwork.

NOTE: this unit is only designed to power with an adaptor. It does NOT use a battery / batteries.
- It used a very specific AC adaptor. The correct original Boss AC Adaptor is included: model # BRA-100. By they way -- this model original Boss adapter (BRA-100) is hard to find (NO longer made). And when they are for sale - usually they sell for a high price.
- The AC Adaptor is AC 12V and 500 mA. The adapter does not say 500 mA - but it is.
- AC 12V ~ 450 mA is marked on the back of the CL-50 unit.
- NOTE: This wavy line symbol ~ (it's called a tilde) means / indicates AC.

The CL-50 unit and the Boss BRA-100 AC Adaptor were tested and they work properly.
Both the unit and the adaptor are in used - with a little less than light average wear - condition. Both have some imperfections and light aging. Typical nicks and scratches from use - but nothing too extreme. And the silver bottom plate on the unit has surface cloudiness / light oxifdation.
The wire part of the adaptor has some not too serious bends / curves from the wire being folded. The white line onthe wire has yellowed / aged a little. The metal barrel end is mostly fine - it just has some short scratches. The label has a few short dash impressiosn, some light surface scuffs, and some light / very light surface scratches.

NOTE: There may be a some imperfections that I overlooked. There are a some imperfections that can be seen in person that do not appear in the pictures. And - there are some imperfections show up in the pictures that are not that visible in person - like glares / reflections / dust specks.

The CL-50 is a Compressor, Limiter and noise gate in one unit. It features very strong technical data with a bandwidth from 5Hz to 35kHz, less than 0.05% harmonic distortion, noise level as low as -98dBm and an attack time of 50 uS. There is a stereo link jack that can be used to connect two CL-50s together. One unit will then take on the master role and both units can be controlled simultaneously from the master.
