It is used in a variety of live, home, and studio applications.The OM2 is engineered with a tight, uniform hypercardioid polar pick up pattern to help isolate vocals from the instruments on stage. It employs a VLM™ (Very Low Mass) diaphragm for accurate, clear sound with exceptional voice response, and has a wide frequency range of 50 Hz – 16 kHz.
