Very cool vintage japan piece. Lots of scratches and knicks. this guitar has been through alot. The guitar plays and sounds great with mmk pickup, tone, volume and coil tap switch.
Original pickup, electronics (coil tap switch was broken and replaced with very similar), bridge (missing 2 screws), tuners, strap buttons
knobs, nut (works well but could be shaped to look better and glued) unoriginal
Truss rod cover missing screw.
the truss rod works, but it’s pretty close to max tightness.
Electronics all work perfectly. One of the pots shafts is half broken. I used these gold knobs because they are substantial and look good and worked with the broken shaft on the one knob. They turn slightly curved.
Strung with 10s. Minor fret noise at current action that cannot be heard amplified. The neck has a slight upward curve on the lower string side towards the body. despite this it plays easy!
