This is an interesting guitar. T.W. Smith is the father of the former guitarist of Acacia Strain, who toured extensively with this guitar. I don't have experience with any other T.W. Smith guitars, but the quality is top notch. There's some minor wear that you can see in the pictures, and the original strap pin (on the top) was replaced with a large eye-hook screw, which is currently uninstalled, but included. That's how dude played it, so it's kind of cool, in my opinion. Softshell case is included.
