For sale is a very special classical guitar from famous Spanish workshop Amalio Burguet (Valencia). Model NB-V45 was designed by Amalio's daughter Vanessa and most probably produced in very limited quantity, so you just won't find another one around. All solid woods - exceptional quality spruce top and mesmerisingly patterned CSA rosewood back and sides. This guitar weighs 2.0 kg which makes me think that back and sides are doubled, but so far I can't confirm. Neck is cedrella/mahogany with beautiful ebony/maple stripe, fretboard is ebony. Important - this guitar has enlarged scale of 700 mm and nut width of 54 mm which makes it usable as a baritone guitar (tuned 5th down). Nevertheless, it could be used in standard tuning with same success. Guitars with this scale are rare find, so it might be a blessing for a player with big hands. Excellent condition - there are couple dings on the top (see photos), side lacquer got a little cloudy, nothing more to mention. Sound is mature, clear, balanced, obviously strong on bass sides. Spruce top still has room to open up. Overall, I would say it's a concert class guitar, which is also suitable for ensemble use as a bariton. Please ask for a demo and I'll record one for you. I live in Stuttgart area, international shipping is possible (buyer is responsible for customs fees). Thanks!
