About This Listing

Univox Super Fuzz from the 1970s.  The footboard that is normally used to activate the on/off switch is gone and a standard footswitch added.  The sound that these are famous for is still there!

Tested in our shop prior to listing.  This thing sounds nuts!

Product Overview
A monolith of a pedal that needs no introduction, the Univox Super Fuzz is an architect in the world of effects that set the bar for what a fuzz should sound like. Incorporating dual germanium diodes and square wave clipping, the controls of Balance (volume) and Expander (fuzz) combined with the two-position tone switch, this effect can be heard in the recordings of artists from Hendrix to the Black Keys to the Smashing Pumpkins. A must-have for any effects collector, this pedal is like finding the Rosetta Stone of fuzz.
