Headway Riverhead Jupiter ltd edition 1986 - Metallic Grey

Top of their range, one of only 50 units handmade, Japanese mid-80s, RGJ1501 rare limited edition model not in any production run catalogue. Made by Headway, a very famous brand in Japan that also made Deviser guitars. If you know, you know! If you don't, Headway is the highest quality domestic guitar manufacturer in Japan headed up by masterbuilder Yasuo Momose (now Momose Guitars) in 1977 at the Asuka Factory in Matsumoto City.

Plays like a boutique custom shop. Impeccable. Excellent active pickups with great separate treble and bass boost controls. The combination of a rich harmonic sound, detail and dynamics are unparalleled, honestly sounds amazing!

Also featured is a locking nut with OEM trem (original arm included). The original branded hard case is in near mint condition. This is a stunning guitar and has an incredible sound. I doubt you'll find another one for many, many years...

This example is a case queen so it's in incredible condition. Only ever played one other in the past 30+ years and it was in red metallic. Meanwhile, a black one in well used condition recently sold on here in the states for £979 plus shipping.
