USA made 2021 with paperwork case. Wrenches etc. The v12 is a huge upgrade over the basic doheny. It's incredibly versatile with all kinds of tones. This is by far the nicest offset guitar I've ever played and I own a 64 pre CBS jazzmaster. It works perfectly fine there is some typical belt buckle rash on the back that's sort of hard to see but it's a little bit hazy other than that there's not much to really talk about great guitar that needs a permanent home.
