Special hand-built Telecaster by celebrated London-based French Luthier, Philippe Dubreuille.

According to Phil this guitar was probably owned originally by Rudolf Schenker of Scorpions.
He told me he also made a Flying V for him in the same materials.
It dates from around 2006.
The other artists he created this design for were Chrissie Hynde (Pretenders) and Keziah Jones. And one or perhaps two more. That's it.
So a maximum five on the planet.
As with all Dubreuille custom guitars this was built to the absolute highest professional specifications:
The original pickguard (more of a golpeador really) is still present if a tad uninspiring. Given the industrial strength of the metal top plate it's largely superfluous but I left it on purely because it's original. Also there are vague traces of the maker's sticker on the back of the head (see photo)
Beyond these very tiny gripes it's in excellent condition. Body, neck and fret-wise it's almost unplayed.
Overall, a genuine rarity and a unique, ultra-collectable hand-made telecaster by one of the world's coolest luthiers.
Most important of all, it's an absolute tone beast!
