This Fender Telecaster Bass was made in the USA in 1967. As the Telecaster Bass was not officially introduced until 1968, this is one of the earliest examples in existence. We have seen one other '67 Tele Bass in 20 years. It has some early specs including a maple cap neck with a skunk stripe, and the earliest version decal. Neck is dated October 1967, and the pickup November 1967. The bass has a body only refinish that looks great, done by Coop guitars. The pickguard is also not original. Everything else is original and the bass plays and sounds great. It comes with the original case.
