H-S-S Pickup ConfigurationThis popular pickup configuration with the 5-way switch provides a wide variety of sounds to cover virtually any musical style. With the middle and neck pickups alone or in combination, the sounds are not only ideal for rhythm playing but for distinctive single-coil lead sounds.

Coil-Tap(Push-Pull Tone Knob)The push-pull tone knob potentiometer allows for the humbucker’s dual coils to be split into single-coil, providing a brighter and glassier sound ideal for genres such such as pop, funk and certain styles of jazz.
