The muffler came from a vintage Ludwig Super Classic bass drum.
One owner.
Designed to clamp on to the resonate and batter side bass drum hoops. The muffler pad rubs against drum head for effective muffling and is adjustable for angle positioning. Works great, cool vintage looks.
Muffler pad is approximately 5 inches in diameter.
Very good condition, no missing or broken parts, works as designed. Original patina finish on the metal. Very cool red pad muffler -- reminds me of vintage Ludwig red pad internal drum mufflers used on drums in the early 1960s.
