Asturias Double Top [Sn 44197] (02/28)

This is a concert guitar that uses a "double top structure" on the top plate.

The double top top plate is made with a special structure in which NOMEX, a material with a hollow honeycomb structure, is embedded in two top plate materials, ensuring the thickness and strength required for a classical guitar top plate. The weight of the entire face plate has been reduced.

The side and back panels are made of Indian rosewood veneer. Mahogany is used for the neck material. The nut width is 52mm and uses a 650mm scale.

Ebony (semi-raised) fingerboard is used at the neck joint. Playability in high positions from the 12th fret onwards has been greatly improved.

The top of the body is dotted with dents of various sizes and shows signs of use. In addition to the dents, there is a faint vertical crack-like line in the upper right corner of the top. Since it is a hollow structure, it does not affect the back side.

There is plenty of fret space left, and the string height is set at 12F, the upper 6th string is approximately 3.1mm, and the 1st string is 2.6mm.
