This is a very nice example of the snare drums that were produced to compete with the much more expensive American brand snare drums in the 60’s. I had one just like it that was branded LaBoz. Stencil model was most likely a Slingerland drum. It has stick saver type hoops and similar style lugs. Tone control is in place.
Typical luan shell with reinforcing rings. Chrome is good all around. Good snare wires. Heads are the same as when the drum came to me. Nice piece if you collect MIJ snare drums.
