New Gain Matched Trio of Tung-Sol Gold Pin ECC803S / 12AX7 Vacuum Tubes
The Tung-Sol 12AX7 Gold Pin is one of the very best offered by New Sensor Corp. These tubes are high gain, low noise and are VERY warm and detailed. You'll get true 3D sound with these. The filaments are almost completely encased within the plates so they don't light up much, but it effectively helps to bring down any noise. The tone is comparable to the best vintage 12AX7s like Mullard’s or Telefunken’s. This is the gold pin version, identical to the standard 12AX7; except with gold pins to increase conductivity and to eliminate pin corrosion.
