A double cut, semi solid thin-line decked out with triple binding, gold hardware and block inlays. Double humbuckers with coil split. Fantastic craftsmanship and good pieces of wood.
What more could you want?
Feels like the Matsumoku factory pulled out all the stops, when they started their own brand name Vantage and started building for themselves after producing guitars, or parts of guitars, for the likes of Vox, Guyatone, FujiGen, Greco, Ibanez, Yamaha, Sam Ash, Aria and Norlin (parent company of Gibson)
The guitar is super clean and plays great. Neck has some fretwear but there’s plenty left of the frets.
