About This Listing

The 2010 Fender Custom Shop MBS Late 60s Stratocaster is now in stock!

A modern-style Stratocaster produced by Dennis Galuska, although it is labeled as a Late 60s model, created with free ideas! Ash is used for the body material, and the finish is so thin that the conduits stand out, and a weather check is applied to the finish. The neck finish is a non-aged satin (matte) finish, and the combination of a 9.5R fingerboard and jumbo frets provides a modern play feel.

The pickup was replaced by a Seymour Duncan Phat Cat by the previous owner, but the cavity is original and has a 2-ham specification, so there are no signs of processing. The pickguard itself has also been replaced.

Additionally, screw holes for the back panel have been added, and there is evidence that an attempt was made to attach a panel of a different size. Currently, it is slightly visible even with the back panel attached.

There are some minor scratches on the neck/head, but nothing that would interfere with playing. The body has some play scratches on the top, some scratches throughout, and there are some paint chips near the neck joint plate and next to the neck pocket.
