Gorgeous example of an early B.A. Ferguson Deluxe Shirley handmade in Hartsville, SC.
Amazing tone by way of a wonderful Humbucker neck pickup that is clear and nuanced and a rocking P-90 in the bridge. Middle position is wired out of phase and you can get some convincing BB King and Peter Green sounds with both pickups together.
This guitar is in excellent and beautiful condition, and is extremely playable. Bigsby works perfectly, very smooth and stays in tune. Action is great and neck is a very comfortable C shape with almost no fret wear. This Shirley Deluxe not only looks amazing, but actually rips and would be great on stage or a sweet addition to your collection!
