1959 Danelectro made Silvertone model 1444 bass guitar.
Original black finish over copper undercoat.. like an old fender… stock and SUPER COOL!! This is not as common as it was with Fender and I haven’t seen a ton of these personally… This makes this baby quite RARE.. hate to use that overused word… but fact is… IT IS!! lol Also has pinstriping that isnt factory.. but damn it adds to the “Finky” Vibe y’all! Masonite body, original neck with "dolphin nose" headstock…AND..original Kluson tuners, 1 lipstick tube pickup, original bridge with rosewood saddle, Volume & Tone controls, original pickguard.
Bass plays & sounds great. Good action with killer tone!
Currently set up with flatwound strings.
