For your consideration, a 1965 nylon-strung guitar made by New York luthier Manouk Papazian. It has a solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, and a French polish finish. It has an ebony fingerboard and a rosewood bridge. Given its age, the thin finish, and its light weight, this guitar really comes alive when played. The spruce and mahogany, now almost 60 years old, give the guitar a warm, bass-rich, clear, and resonant tone. Not only does it sound wonderful, it plays and intonates well too. The scale is 650 mm and the nut width is 52 mm.
Although well-preserved for its age, it does show signs of playing wear. There are some very small nicks and scrapes, the most noticable of which is on the front player's side of the lower bout. Otherwise, there are no problems with the guitar and the frets, tuners, and finish are in great shape.
It will ship in the original hard case.
