'Suhr Guitars' has gained tremendous trust from top professionals not only for electric guitars but also for amplifiers and replacement PUs, and has maintained its reputation as a high-end brand. It is popular worldwide among both professionals and amateurs, and continues to receive tremendous support from top artists who do a lot of studio work.

Today we will be introducing the Classic S Antique HSS with a glossy Roasted Flame Maple neck!
The same model, which was announced in the J-Select series in 2020 and gained popularity, has undergone a minor change and has made a long-awaited comeback as the JE-Line series!
This model is based on the Core Line series' Classic Antique, with an alder body, medium-sized stainless steel frets, and a single PU equipped with V63. (Nickel frets were used in the J-Select RFM period)
The sound is a perfect combination of the warm sound unique to the Roasted Flame Maple Neck, which is featured this time, the quick response of the stainless steel frets, and the clear sound image, which is exactly what you would expect from a hybrid guitar. It can be said to be the true essence of this.

The PU is designed to realistically reproduce the sound of the 1963 S-type guitar, and is wound to have the same tonal characteristics as the sweetest-sounding pickups of the time. It has an HSS layout with 'Asatobucker' in the front and center, and 'Asatobucker' in the bridge, which is characterized by a bright, wide-range, soft attack, and a smooth, warm sound. Of course, it is equipped with JST's original hum cancellation system SSCII (Silent Single-Coil), which can adapt to different noises depending on the environment, and outputs low noise sound that does not lose its sound image even with high gain setups. Masu.

The bridge uses GOTOH's 'G510 2-Post' bridge, which now boasts world-class standards, and while taking advantage of the spacious, natural sound, it also prevents tuning deviations caused by friction during arming. I kept it to a minimum!

In addition to the sound and tone that makes it possible to handle a wide range of genres, the neck area provides stress-free playability, and the SSCII circuit eliminates noise, making it perfect. A piece assembled as a tool.

Please experience the wonderful finish that is the condensation of master craftsman John Sir's commitment!
