About This Listing

This is a prototype of the Johnny Winter tribute guitar, built by Michael Delaney, that Mike Zito gave to Johnny in 2014. It is his version of a Flying V but smaller and much more managable. It's a great little guitar with a really big tone. Has a standard C neck, is lightweight and very playable.

I bought it from Mike before he made them an official "Artist Signature" model for sale. He made this one with a headstock stained the color of the body, before he went back to the natural finish. Maybe only one more exactly like this one. Definitely a collectors item!
