What does this do?
There are 8 amplifier circuits. Each one is capable of boosting a line level signal into synth level signal to use for your euro rack system. You can use your external gadget's volume knob to adjust the signal sent to the amplifier.

The signal path is DC coupled. You can pass voltage signals, like envelope signals.

You can also patch a synth level signal into one of the inputs and make a very good sounding distortion FX.

You can also daisy chain for example two amplifier circuits for even more crunchy distortion.

The op-amp used is a JRC4558. These sound beautiful when clipped.

There is a red clipping LED to let you know when you over drive for each amplifier.

At this time this module is not officially released. I made this product for my personal system, and I am testing out interest by selling a few online.

details on cosmetic flaws:

• relatively minor rack-rash
• one little scrape on the back of the panel? maybe from sliding against rack-rail?
• the ‘worst’ blemishes are some light ‘dots’ down the front panel assuming this is just from it being the unofficial / prototype verision not trying to dis BL hahaa i just think it came that way!  but i didn’t realize there were so many until taking the pictures!  tried to get close-up photos, but these only show up at a certain lighting angle!

really this module is in great shape, i just try to be super thorough and honest in my listings

oh yeah, and the box it came in is a ‘generic’ Blue Lantern box.  it has the BL logo sticker on it, but i guess since i bought this when it was a prototype there wasn’t a box-label for it yet haha!

general history:

got this module in 2021, brand-new directly from the Blue Lantern web-shop [please don’t tell them i am selling it hahaa].  this was my 2nd-ever case of super-lucky timing with Blue Lantern.  i was there to finally snag a SubHarmonicGenerator, which i had been putting off but i caved with the new panel design].  while i was looking for that, the Booster Array was highlighted as new item, so i took a peek.  not only super useful, but they went on to say that they only made 4 of them and were not sure if they would ever go into full production.  i THINK it finally got a release at some point, feel like i saw them on PerfCirc and chuckled that i had scrambled to buy mine.  i really did not NEED this module, so it was barely touched.  but like i said i love BL; and well i am always a sucker for ‘ltd edition’ or ‘prototype’ stuff!  i wish i could keep this, but we have to part ways.  it has either been in a case-with-lid or packed-up in its box since i got it.

why i am selling:

i am behind on bills, both credit, vehicle, and medical; so i decided to go through all of my eurorack modules and see if there was anything i did not absolutely NEED!
