Just in is this great old Gretsch Model 40 Hawaiian Guitar from the 1940's
The guitar is in good shape for its age. It has had the bridge secured at some point with screws.
There is also a thin crack on the heel of the neck on the Bass side that looks like it has been there for a long time and had been filed with glue. It is structurally sound and will not cause any other issues.
Tuners are also older replacements
The rest of the guitar is in good shape.
Will be shipped in original Chipboard case with end pin and what appears to be original bar slide.
