The 680 EL DJ cartridge is legendary. The wide band frequency response will give you that high energy record playback you need to quake the dance floor. The Stanton 680 EL gives you rich, robust bass and silky highs, along with precise tracking and backcueing performance. The Moving Iron technology produces the "Warm" sound! Great for remixing or for getting the absolute best fidelity .

The Elliptical stylus of the 680EL provides that extra little bit of detail to your sound. This is a true remix cartridge. Not designed for scratching.

   Stanton's super Hi polished diamonds are some of the smoothest surfaced diamonds available. They perform great while reducing cue burn and record wear.

   Grounded stylus assmbly minimizes static charge. Annealed steel shell sheilds the internal coils from external hum pickup.

   Unique 4 coil circuit produces exceptional channel separation and full mid bass energy bloom.

The really great features to take note of with the 680 EL are, I believe, the high performance and superb sound quality. Only the 680 series has the moving iron technology that produces the "Warm" sound.

   The 680EL gives the best trackability- 90µ @ 2 grams. That's really being kind to your records.
