Seein' red...

This is a Japanese semi-hollow from 1969. It's branded Emporador and is likely a pre-lawsuit Kasuga build with the open-book headstock. Emperadors were the brand name made by Hagstrom and for Finnish market. They were later made by the Kasuga company in Japan

The floating bridge and pups are likely not original but the rest seems to be. Bigsby style tremolo. It's sound and in good overall condition. There is a nick on the corner of the headstock and one sightly bent tuner (functions fine). It's quite sexy with it's cinched, corsetted body, subtle red to black burst and double binding.
