Based on Duesenberg's proven StarPlayer Bass design, Dave's signature bass delivers the mellow, yet defined low end foundation for the Bros. Landreth's sophisticated compositions.

In this customized version of the StaryPlayer TV Bass, Deusenberg have refined the tonal concept of the bass to accurately capture the sound envisioned by Dave.

The neck position houses the acclaimed Duesenberg Alnico-Blade Bass Singlecoil in a custom noiseless version under the new Gold-Foil style cover. This pickup brings the transparency assosciated with a classic Singlecoil but cancels any unwanted noise on stage. Noise-Cancelling can be switched on or off via a small switch on the pickguard.

In the bridge position, you'll find the latest Duesenberg Gold-Foil Bass Singlecoil beneath a Phonico cover. This configuration offers exceptional transparency and clarity, while also providing ample low-end power to fill the venue with rich tones.

Each pickup has a seperate volume control, as well as a master-tone, allowing Dave to blend both pickups seamlessly.

Photos are of one from our inventory, SN 234642 (a prototype!), as well as stock photos from Duesenberg, individual color and grain will vary from bass to bass.
