Rozawood guitars are handmade in a workshop in the Czech Republic under the direction of luthier Roman Rozawood. Influenced by the sound of bluegrass, Roman's acoustic guitars are sublimely sublime in both sound and looks.

The carefully selected woods and traditional specs are the foundation of the guitars, and the unique beauty of the guitars is created by the luthier's special attention to detail.

This time we have a new arrival named "Twenty Eight". As you can tell from the name, the Martin D-28 is the base model. As mentioned above, Mr. Kurtzman is influenced by the bluegrass sound, so you would expect that it would be impossible for him to leave the D-28 out of this model.

The top is made of beautifully grained alpine spruce that has been treated with a triffid finish, which gives the impression that it is due to the individual's excellent sound extraction. In addition, the golden paint, which is reminiscent of fine whiskey, combined with the dense graininess of the wood, creates a somewhat delicate and mature beauty.

The sides and back are made of Indian rosewood, just like Martin's Style 28.

The wood has a unique undulation like Jiricote in some places, so it is a different kind of fun from the current Martin. The word "one and only" is more persuasive with the freedom of the workshop, even though it is a wood that is not commonly found.

And for the neck, Honduran mahogany is lavishly and generously used. It is one of the tonewoods now known as a high-end wood.

Now, one of the main features of this guitar is the V-shaped neck. Although the nut is designed to be 44.5mm wide, it gives the impression of being relatively easy to grip. My personal guess is that the D-28 CW, which still has many fans, may have been incorporated as one of the guitars that symbolize bluegrass as one of the images used in the creation of this guitar. The same V-shaped Drett-note, and the fact that he is a great lover of bluegrass makes me feel that way.

The fingerboard is made of ebony wood, which is dark and black like lacquered wood. Usually, ebony can only be harvested from the center of the log (heartwood) due to the characteristics of the wood, and the whiter parts, called sap, tend to be mixed in toward the outside. This is called striped ebony, which is actively used by Martin, Taylor, and others these days.

In other words, black ebony like this one is very rare, and you can see that it is made with the care that only a workshop can provide.

The pegs are made by Goto for safety and security, and their smooth, lukewarm movement provides excellent functionality.

The binding material is generously made of flame maple, which has a warm hue and distinctly raised grains, contributing to the impression of a look that is different from other acoustic guitars.

The more one looks at the details, the more one is made to feel that the guitar is filled with Mr. Kikuchi's attention to detail, and it is so beautifully finished that it would be better to call it a "work of art. Needless to say, a guitar made on the highways with old specs and craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation is full of charm, but there may be many who are captivated by a luthier-made model with a different atmosphere, such as this one.

As for the characteristics of the sound, the fullness of the bass range seems more subdued than that of the Martin, but the beauty of the overtone component is just beautiful. The beauty of the decay of the reverberation that makes us think that it may remain semi-permanently is a drool-worthy sound. You can enjoy a beautiful sound in every way, including the enormous volume that is typical of the Dorret Note, and the shimmering and massive sound produced by the rosewood.

The direction of the sound is close to that of a D-28, but the fullness is moderately narrowed down, so many people will find it rather easy to handle.

This is a rare luthier guitar that will not appear on the Japanese market first. This guitar may be the answer to one of the good quality high-end guitars. Don't miss it!

Please consider this opportunity.
