Attention Fockers!

Here we have a super special find. This is one of the earliest tube combos. It's pre rock'n'roll, jazz/blues era with a lacquered tweed and snakeskin finish. It's all original and unmolested (the tubes have been replaced, of course). It has been cleaned and tested properly using a variac to slowly bring it up to 110v over 12 hrs. It still has the original speaker (no tears) and 2 prong power cord. All 3 inputs are working. The power light works. There are no hums or crackling. I believe it is an early Harmony factory amp labelled Gaylord and early 1950's (it seems that pre-1952 is the correct year after much consultation according to the Sprague capacitors).

The sound is glorious. Clean and clear with plenty of depth (and volume) until around noon where it begins to break up in the most smile inducing way. A huge asset to any sudio. It's just awesome.

I am listing the condition as good to comply with Reverb's system but it is in remarkable, condition given that it is all original and easily 80 yrs old.

Video of the amp being played is available for serious enquiries.
