Nice condition 1960s Japanese hollow body guitar in the style of a Gibson ES-335, likely a Teisco. Overall good condition, easy player with great tone. No issues, with the usual finish checking you see in these guitars, scratches and dings with one noticeable mark on the bottom edge, please look at the photos.
Controls are interesting, it has 3 volume controls (one for each pickup) and one tone control.
The 3 way switch:
- 1) Neck pick only
- 2) All 3 pickups
- 3) Bridge and middle pickups
In all switch positions you can control the mix of the individual pickups as they each have their own volume control. Clever design as you have control to use the pickups individually, or mix them independently at any level you like.
All original with the exception of the bridge pickup which is a modern Fender Telecaster style pickup. The original bridge pickup stopped working and is included if you want to get it rewound. No modifications were made to install the new pickup.
Missing the tremolo arm, priced accordingly. Comes with a basic gig bag.
