The Paiste Color Sound 900 Series China Cymbal has a strong sound and look. Made in Switzerland by hand, this cymbal sounds and looks like a much more expensive instrument. Using the same "2002 Bronze" as on the most famous cymbals ever made for rock music, the 900 China Cymbal brings the same cut and clarity as much more expensive cymbals. The variety of finishes available gives drummers the chance to look as good as they sound. Drummers that need more cut and clarity from their China cymbal, but don't want to spend a fortune will be perfectly happy with this instrument. High Quality Sound and Affordability, Made by Hand in Switzerland The 900 line brings an affordable cymbal to drummers without sacrificing the high quality standards of the Swiss craftsmen who make it. The 900 China Cymbal is hammered to be consistent and musical like all Paiste professional cymbals. The distinct bell and ride sound is sure to cut through amplifiers on the largest stage or in the basement. The Same Bronze Alloy as the 2002 Series Cymbals Using high quality 2002 Bronze gives the 900 China Cymbal the same distinct clarity as top of the line cymbals. Hammering the instrument more heavily gives it a slightly warm tone while maintaining the cut and clarity needed for louder music. Color Sound Finishes for Visual Choices Since the mid-1980s Paiste has been offering drummers cymbals with a proprietary Color Sound finish. The visual appeal of the colors is striking and long lasting. This treatment will not chip, scratch, or peel.
