This is a reissue of a late 50's Hofner Club 50 guitar made in 2011 (Serial number starts with L). Made by Hofner in Germany, note the label is signed by Hofner Luthier Hubert Kaa who has worked at Hofner since 1979. Similar to the Club 50 that George played and the Club 40 John played early on in the Beatles. This guitar has had very little use and is in excellent condition. There is minor Lacquer checking/cracking in the finish which frankly is almost unavoidable in these guitars. This guitar is incredibly light - weighs less than 5 pounds. All the electronics work just like they should. Comes with original Hofner Hard Shell Case.
