For sales is the original/same year Russian Sony c800g tubes. These tubs can be used for ANY and ALL Sony c800g, WA-8000 microphones. Tubes area also compatible with any microphone that uses the 6J4P/6au6 Tubes. These tubs will warm up any specified microphone. Many customers has purchased these tubes to add that wanted warmth and boost to the highs on the cloned WA-8000 Sony c800g inspired microphone in order to get even closer to the original sound!

If you want your c800g to sound like it's actually supposed to, or give that WA-8000 that extra edge, I would only use the 6J4P, as normal 6AUA6's DO NOT sound the same in the c800g circuit and WILL NOT give the WA-8000 that tonal character of the Sony c800g. Using NON-Russian 6AUA6's tubes, you will lose some high end and the microphone's character will change (in my opinion for the worse) I attempted to use multiple normal and premium NOS 6AU6A's in my c800g, and none of them sounded right.
