This is a Fender Blue Junior 15 watt all tube guitar amplifier. The power tubes are EL84s as seen in many well known British amps. The amp plays great and is loud enough for gigs at small venues without being miked to the PA. It has a genuine Acutronics spring reverb tank.
Built in October 2000 in the USA, this is the first design and layout, known as a I or "green board".
The speaker has been upgraded to an Eminence Redcoat. Not only does this improve the sound, but significantly reduces the weight, making it easy to carry around.
This amp has many of the BillM mods done to it. These include...basic mod to output section and biasing, tone stack mod to remove "boxy" sound, presence control, standby switch, line out from the preamp, external speaker output, speaker impedance switch, more details here -
