The whole pickup set is included: all electronics, wiring, pots, pot knobs, pickup rings, screws, and a blade switch knob. The only piece that is broken is the tone pot (as seen in pictures). It needs to be replaced. The rest of the items work fine. If you are decent with soldering this should be an easy fix. Otherwise it is a full pickup set.
