Gibson K-2 mandocello in cherry burst. Original parts include:
Bridge, tailpiece, pickguard (minus side bracket), Handel tuners, original case in good condition.
There is one repaired crack on the treble side of the soundhole. Otherwise in very good condition with bright finish. Action is low and comfortable and easily changed with the adjustable bridge.
These mandocellos have a thunderous sound and a unique voice paired with other mandolin family instruments or guitars. This one is currently strung as an octave mandolin (G-D-A-E)
