VIntage Norma EG421-4 The COOLEST of all the funky weird Norma guitars from the late 60's.
This one is a bit beat up, but aren't they all? No major damage, though. I've cleaned it up and it's ready to rock. All controls and switches have been cleaned and lubed - no dead pickups. Electronics cavity has been shielded with copper tape. Fingerboard has been cleaned and lemon oiled. New strings.
Three non-original pickguard screws. One missing knob replaced with a cute mini chicken head. Missing vibrato arm. A loose nut was rolling around inside the vibrato cavity, not sure exactly how it functioned, probably for the arm to thread into - will be included in a baggie. Non-original nuts holding string retaining bar. One missing ferrule from the High E tuner. Logo decal badly scratched. High E string has a slightly dead spot around the 7th fret, but otherwise no major playability issues that concern me. I think if you wanted this to be a serious player, you'd be wise to get it a fret job. But as it is, I think it's fine for garage jams.
See photos for details of condition. Not a museum piece, but a cool player for someone who wants something fun and funky. Lots of cool tones available.
No case, but will be carefully packed and shipped in a proper guitar box.
