Early 1970's King Zephyr Alto. Silver nickel? finish with a gold wash bell. From what I gather, these models shared the same body tube as the Super 20, and has a lot of similar sound characteristics and response. It plays great as is, set it up with your own tech to make it even better. Horn was evidently a Temple University school horn and is engraved as such.
