For sale today is a very cool and vibrant Hagstrom Viking in cherry sunburst. This guitar looks to be in almost perfect shape aside from some very minor clear coat scratches and some pick scratches on the pickguard. The neck is skinny and FAST! It appears to have a maple body, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, dual humbuckers, imperial style tuners. The action on this guitar is extremely low with no buzzing or fret out anywhere up the neck. These guitars didn't get as much love as the Epiphone dot's of the time, but they are MILES ahead in terms of build quality, playability, and tone. This one weighs in at 7 lbs. 13 oz and balances well on a strap. The pickups have a nice full sound without being too high output. It will come shipped in its original hardshell case.
