Here's a stunning original 1968 Gibson sticker / patent number pickup. Original solder - cover never removed!! Likely T tops but possibly an earlier variant without T! (I will not remove the cover since the solder is original and desirable as-is!!)

Chrome is very good with only minor pitting and player wear. It has a mid 60s type cover geometry, with those fat round corners we love to see!

Tests 7.0 k ohm

backplate 4 philips mounting screws are correct for mid to late 60s

Length wire indicates it was a neck pickup....but you can use it as a neck also depending on what the reading of your other pickup is.

Long original lead wire is the 2 conductor braided type.

This is a great pickup for restoring your Les Paul or es 335 or other mid to late 60s Gibson when you want original chrome and beautiful condition with long lead!!
