Gibson J-200 Vine Autum Burst 2017 - High Gloss

2017 Gibson SJ-200 Custom Vine

Serial Number - 11737006

Here we have a very special Gibson SJ-200 Custom Vine. This particular guitar has a very rare Autumn Sunburst finish! The guitar features a beautiful vine inlay on the fretboard and headstock. This vine inlay was designed by Ren Ferguson during his time at Gibson. I have a letter from Ren indicating that this vine was originally designed for a Japanese customer. It has since been used from time to time on a few of Gibson's high-end models.

The guitar also features a highly figured maple neck and a Sitka spruce top. This neck is one of the best I've seen. Check out that figuring! This guitar was built at the Custom Shop in Bozeman Montana.
