Here's a gorgeous 2007 Gibson Custom Shop Wes Montgomery Custom L-5 Archtop Electric. Absolutely beautiful in both looks and sounds. Currently strung up with flat wound strings like a jazz box should. Signed by James Hutchins with a build date of Sept 21st, 2007.
Weight Comes in at about 7lb 7oz.
Cosmetically in very good condition, with one thing to note, being some slight clear finish chipping on the bass side of the neck above the 12th fret, and a finish crack in the binding on the treble side (see pics). This can definitely be touched up by the right luthier and does not affect the play-ability of the guitar at all, and is hardly noticeable at a distance.
Comes with original case, Cert. of Authenticity, & Case Candy.
