Roasted maple is made by heating maple at high temperatures to volatilize the water and oil in the wood, thereby increasing its rigidity. When used in the neck, the effect is not only stable but also sonic, producing a rich, raw sound and a vintage tone that has aged well. This is a new product lineup from Bacchus that brings this authentic specification, often used in high-end models, into a reasonable price range.
