A little history: 'Orville by Gibson' was created in homage to the founder of the brand Orville Gibson. Production began in April 1988, with the aim of combating the 'perfect copies' manufactured by Greco, Aria, Tokaï etc. Orville manufacturing was stopped in 1997/98.
Orville is a GIBSON, with Japanese know-how. Exemplary finish.

ORVILLE SG-65 Cherry type 62’ 1991, made in JAPAN
Very good playability. Light and easy to play, nothing to envy of these Gibson cousins. Good general condition, frets played but very good playability: 6/10. Some signs of life (see photos for more details).
Precise, incisive and powerful PUs. The EPIPHONE Vintage pickup is excellent, harmonious with the Orville pickup: Rock-hard sounds ;).
